SEEDS foresees various typologies of outcomes:

All the main materials will be developed in English, some of them will also be translated into the languages of partners for local use.
Two international courses will be run approximately in the second and third year of the project. They will target teachers, head teachers, teachers trainers and other educational staff.
Each course will last 5 days and it will be inspired by these ideas (Cogan, 2000): cultivation of a global/cross cultural outlook, emphasis of development of a critical perspective, emphasis on democratic pedagogies and improved community collaboartions.

The international competences and the international teacher: what do we mean?

How to transform teachers' competences into international/European competences: means and strategies to introduce new elements into the school culture

Examples of good practice and workshops on experience

Simulations and assignments for the development of those competences at system level, school level, student level and subject level

The school international European relationship policy
Each course will target about 15-20 participants.
